This further strengthens the safety, reliability and compliance of our products with the highest quality standards.
Our laboratory capabilities
Packaging leak tester — assesses the quality of packaging seals and detects possible leaks. This is essential for product safety and long shelf life. The equipment complies with the international ASTM D3078 and ASTM F2096 standards.
Automatic tensile tester — a high-precision instrument analysing the mechanical properties of plastic films. It determines tensile strength, elongation, tear resistance, seal-seam strength, film puncture resistance and more. Tests are performed according to the international ISO, ASTM, JIS and GB standards.
Heat-sealing tester — used to determine optimal film-sealing parameters (temperature, time, pressure). This ensures flawless packaging tightness and compliance with the ASTM F2029 and QB/T 2358 standards.
Friction and adhesion tester — measures the static and dynamic friction coefficient of plastic films and the bond strength of adhesive laminated products. Testing is carried out according to ISO 8295, ASTM D1894 and other international standards.
